Having worked for several years as an attorney with large and international construction groups, Jacob has extensive practical experience in the drafting, negotiation and execution of Danish and international building and construction contracts as well as the handling of disputes in that connection. Consequently, he hasin-depth experience in continuous assessment and handling of risks in the intersection between the legal, commercial and strategic aspects during the performance of large building and construction projects in Denmark and abroad.
