Jeppe Brandorff Stefansen specialises in construction law, technical consultants’ liability, the law of damages, insurance law, litigation and arbitration as well as real estate.
Jeppe provides advice and assistance in all phases of a building project, particularly relating to disputes and technical consultants’ liability. Jeppe has extensive litigation experience, conducting cases before the Danish courts, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Jeppe advises on almost all aspects of real estate. Jeppe is co-author of Ejendomme 1, Formueret mv. (on real estate and the law of property and obligations), published by Karnov Group.
Jeppe has previously lectured in the law of property and obligations as well as in finance law and property law issues at the University of Copenhagen.
